(legislative decree no.) 196/2003 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data” hereinafter named “Code”) and as provided for in the General Provision adopted by the Data Protection Authority (Provvedimento Generale del Garante) “Simplified Arrangements to Provide Information and Obtain Consent Regarding Cookies” – 8 may 2014  (doc. Web 3118884), the Aspen Initiative for Europe, entity responsible for data protection, supplies the users of the website with information relative to the use of cookies.

Aims of treatment
In line with article 13 of D.Lgs 30 June 2003, n. 196 Code for the protection of personal data, Aspen Initiative for Europe in its capacity as data controller, informs that the treatment of personal data contained in the site is intended solely for the final achievement of the objectives of the institution, as explained in the consultative status of the said site.  The same data will be stored and used exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes
